Adaptive Cruise (CCM) Calibration

Hi all

I tried to start calibration of Adaptive Cruise Control (CCM) under Special Procedures menu of FF3 and Kuga2.
I get the following error;
Ignition Voltage:11
Diag - Ok
Enter Service Alignment...
Failed to write 414E of data... Error code: 0x22

UCDS version: 2.0.002.004
Any idea how to fix this? Thank you!
