it is possible to change the keyless system to a handsfree system?

I had a renault megane before and miss this system.
For those who do not know it - in addition to the keyless opening and closing by touching on the door handle, also you can easily move away from the car and the doors close automatically.

I think that the required hardware is already installed.

After all, the keyless opening also first checks whether the key is near the car. So it should be possible that the presence of the key is controlled to close the car as soon as I move away from the car.

And even the keyless closing over the tapping on the door handle, certainly also checks whether the key is nearby.

You need ;
1- exterior door handles with antenna
2- Door wiring between antenna and door to body socket. You dont need to worry about ip wiring if you have keyless start you have wiring to bcm
3- Correct BCM software
4- Correct BCM configuration
5- I am not sure but you also need to configure pcm and ipc
