BT is not working, Mute when press Phone.

Hey. I mounted the BT / VC to my Focus mk3 2011. Radio Navi MFD5, I added a beam to it according to the scheme + module BT / VC CS7T-14D212. I changed the configuration and after pressing PHONE, the radio mutes and there is no BT tab. The strangest thing is that you can normally find Ford Audio on your phone, you can pair devices and contacts are downloaded to the radio. After pairing, the battery status and range are shown on the display. When the phone rings, the phone works normally and even displays the name of the contact from the phone, you can answer the call and normally talk. Voice control work, air conditioning control works in one word, everything is working but you can not enter the PHONE tab .....
How to change it ????
