Kuga 2014 Hvac problems

Hello, I have problems with hvac.
If I turn on the air conditioner, the compressor does not start.
I also did an air conditioning refill

I have checked in Data Logger -> Kuga 2 -> HVAC ->Cimate button control and if I push any button of climate control it is pressed on it,
but if I check on Data Logger -> Kuga 2 -> BCM -> HVAC Switch states it always not pressed

what can I do ?
