Yes, but had that before, with slightly different workflow, and there were no changes in power. No it is the first time i had forscan to check NM but I did not do it before the Change. Thats why I am asking, if there is another way to check.

Change back to 140....check with Forscan.....change again to 163 and check ?

I did so, with 140PS it is 347NM, so it seems that it works but you don't feel it
And I am still wondering why the other car has 381NM.

Did you write new Asbuilt also to IPC??

it is not necessary

No, i only write in to the bcmi. I don't write to ipc.

i am thinking about the problem with this error, and i ask you, if it posible that the update of the firmware of the engine was needed?

With the ucds software we can update pcm firmware and all modules, is there any tutorial for make it?

Steps is like that ?

1.Change
On Asbuilt Editor Paramtere 5 (ENGINE) Change to ... DW10C 150PS ...
write to BCM
and clear all errors 2 In Mondeo/S-max/Galaxy
go to special procedures
Check DW 10C Special Procedur
and click and the and Clear all errors ???

Yes, i tried it, the last weekend and work fíne. Only if the car have electric brake, one error apear in the Pbm module, if the CAR don't have brake electric, all is ok.
