Need SBL

How do yo know that SBL File Number? Can I see it in etis? So if I have a Hardware Part Number, how do I get the SBL File Number?

I tried to update my ACM module today ... all required files are downloaded and ready to upload but when I attempted to upload to car I get the error that the "Secondary boot loader not found"??

Any ideas please??
