Please help -- Ford Fiesta 1.0

Flash Wizard / VBF Loader fails on F1BT-18B955-GA
I first use Flash Wizard. Everything seems correct but it fails.
After that, I try VBF Loader but it still fails.

So, Both 2 method fails on flashing.
I have tried on HS1 and HS_CAN.
The results were the same

- Bootloader - PASS
- Erasing - PASS
- Flashing - FAILS

->Bootloader PASS
F1BT-14D358-GA
->Erase PASS
->Flash = fails**
F1BT-14D358-HA
->Erase PASS
->Flash = fails** ( In case I skip the file "F1BT-14D358-GA")
F1BT-14D359-GA

What to fix the problem ?
