how do i figure out or lookup what SBL files i need to do a VBF
specifically looking for the DDM

detect SBL in the app does not work for me

2016 F150

i updated the FW to dg9t-14c064-cb from dg9t-14c064-ca and now my drivers window and mirror switch no longer work. i thought maybe about downgrading to dg9t-14c064-ca but not sure the SBL file is the same as the new FW which was DG9T-14C067-AA.vbf.

tried a force update and it failed using the SBL file above

boot loader will be the same this never changes .,think of the bootloader as a key to open a doorway to access the module

Thank you. I think the door module failed. If I try the forced update I get the error unable to retrieve hw part number

just to update incase others run into this problem. a new DDM module fixed my drivers window switch from not working, luckily it was only a $25 part from the dealer
