Two error codes cannot be deleted

It will hugely help you to get an answer if you would provide some details such as: car, year, what kind of operation you did, the initial and the updated firmware levels.

The 2017 Ford Kuga, EcoBoost 2.0T, has previously upgraded the module firmware, but I'm sure I haven't upgraded the IPC module

Compare the Asbuilts from the BCM. You may need to write that to the IPC. Backup setting first.
