Focus MK2 - PCM Programming Problems

Hi,

we are a Forddealer in Germany.
The old PCM are deadly ....

The old was a ESU-411
the new is a ESU-418 ... thats the newest in germany for this car.

My Problem is with IDS we become not the PCM Programming without error.
With UCDS i become the message Conditions not correct 0x22

what can i do for this ?

Power from ? Battery or you mean the cables to PCM ?

We have testìt all Fuses thats okay, Cables ok ... Battery is charged.
but again the Error 0x22

and i have tested more Files VG,VH,VJ und VE all ...

runs not with the files

have you tried with a vcm 1 and ids standard in programable module instalation or a no car verifikation so that you have to tell wich programing the old has and write it in and reprogram it that way

May be not checking Ignition input?
