I need to edit asbuild from this focus remotely.
In UCDS is gives Error (ETIS) also with Focccus asbuild editor.

the vin is: WF0LXXGCBLBS59520

Please advice.

Yes but error

I open you VIN from Asbuilt Editor,i try From file and try form Download From Etis, and open correct without errors

Its now working perfectly, i think Etis-server wasnt working properly?

Yes, ETIS may be maintenance work.
