Hello I just got in the mail my UCDS cable/software and im having some issues here if anyone can help out.

So i have a 2016 MKZ cluster i want to program to my Explorer sport 2016

MKZ cluster P/N: GP5T-10849-CB

I went to the VBF Loader to upload the files based on a few forms i read up on others doing similar things but when trying to perform the flash i get the "Failed to recieve HW part number"

Its active on my explorer and I can navigate through it but i have no access to it on my software.

I did run the program under administrator

Here are the files I am using:
SBL:EJ7T-14C025-AA

JS7T-14C026-AJB
JS7T-14C026-BJB
JS7T-14C088-AJB
JS7T-14C088-BJB

I am using the drop down to select Hs3

I did also attempt the Forced Programing and it was unsuccessful

Im kinda at a lost from here on what to do for my software to read this IPC to flash it to Ford

So after working all day on this issue I somehow got it working.

The issue is I had no CD drive so i couldn't read the files off the disk so I had to get the software and drivers off the website.

Looks like when i installed the software the first time it didnt install the driver software.

I reran the same software and went into the UCDS folder and installed it from there in ther driver folder and it began to work.
