After retrofitting ACC having a permanent DTC in the CCM Modul - Code: U0158 - Lost Communication With Head Up Display

After successfully retrofitting ACC on my 2017 Mondeo, I still have a permanent CCM-DTC message that "Head-up-Display" is not available.
This is a true fact as I did not install a head up display.
Question: What coding change is required to eliminate this DTC?

I believe that this must be possible as not every car with ACC also has a HUD in it's original configuration.
To the best of my knowledge, Ford stopped selling the HUD feature in late 2017.
May developers can suppress the DTC like it is available in IPMA, Line 6 for various DTC's. Enclosed you can see a Forscan screenshot with the error message and a UCDS screenshot with the current CCM configuration. Thanks in advance
