Hi,

I have a Ford Mondeo MK5 (2017) with SYNC3 Navigator and for some reason the voices are in English only.
Do I need to reinstall the original software, where can I find the software to load on PEN DRIVER USB?

I was told that UCDS can not update SYNC3 software.

Unfortunately the owner.ford.com website does not allow software downloads and in any case is not suitable for the SYNC3 European cars.
The language is only in English, as is currently my SYNC3.

Successfully updated. Italian voice language Perfect.

I also uploaded the 'HN1T-14G381-SA_67286.tar.gz' package to find out if it corrected the Gracenote v1.1.1.806 bug, but unfortunately the problem remains.

If I disable the Gracenote database, the music album covers always remain those of Gracenote and not those linked to the tag i have signed in .mp3 file.

Can you also find the update or downgrade package for the Gracenote v1.1.1.794 database?

Successfully updated. Now I have Gracenote v1.1.1.794 (EU) again.

Probably a bug in this version of SYNC3, even disabling the Gracenote database,
album covers appear on Gracenote and not on the .mp3 file tag.

Look at your input to buy the Full License Adapter + Token 2 lvn.

For me it doesn't work. It is starting to update but for 5 minutes i get error: "MEM_ERR03". I think the problem is memory capacity because i have NonNavNA version with 8 GB. Maybe you have EU Lasnguage pack for NonNav version? Or is it the same for both?

Try to disconnect battery for a few minutes if the update goes wrong and navigaton disapeer it is normal when we re updatiang sync that the navigation is disapeered and i comming back after battery disconnct

I have US Sync 3 with Navi.
Got the car with version 1.0. Updated to 2.2 US though owner.ford.com.

Followed your steps and started the update for EU Sync3 Language Pack for 2.2.
Got message from sync, that update was successful.

Then installed GraceNote update for 2.2 EU Sync 3 update.
Also got the meesage that update was successful.

But... I cannot select any EU language from General settings.
Only the same Engish, Espanol and French languages are available for sellection.

How do I convert US SYNC 3 to EU SYNC 3 with all EU languages?
Navigation does not matter to me, only languages.
Any ideas?
