Today I did an update of the RGTM in my S-Max. Now the rear electrical door does not open anymore. I can open it manually sometimes and push it upwards. But most of the time a manual unlocking does not work. No DTCs, calibration of RGTM is alright.
What can I do?

Problem solved. One file is missing in the wizard. Only 2 files but should be three.
Reflashed three previous files and all is working again.

I have the same Problem now with my S-Max, But reflash dont work. There is everytime an error

Did you use the right sequence for the three files? And did you use HS-CAN3 for flashing?

Is it possible to provide the ECU Software File for S-Max. It is missing in UCDS and update is not possible.

Next question: Isn‘t it possible anymore to download module configuration from ETIS with VIN via UCDS in Direct Configuration?

How did you get a name of third file?

Hello, today I did the module update in Ford Escape 2017 and after updating the RGTM module the tailgate stopped opening. It does not work even after a module reset. Until the update, it opened automatically without a problem. Is there any possibility to return to the old version?

For my RGTM module worked this:
