Do Ford Still Fit the Active Shutter Grill to Mk3 Focus

Hi,

I have heard that they have done away with the active shutter grill as I knew someone who had a 17 plate Focus 1.5 TDCI Ecoboost and he has not got the shutter fitted. I was wondering if they are still fitting them or not?
Also do they fit a Dual Tone Horn to the cars? as my uncle got a 16 plate Tit x focus and his was fiited with a single tone horn and he had to pay to upgrade the horn.
Any help with these questions is appreciated.
