i need help with ford focus 3 TCM

Hello i am Cazacu I will need your help with one TCM module gearbox is DPS450 getrac MPS6 6DTC450 . The original is damage by lightning i can't see what software was or calibration. I have installed another TCM module but say is not compatible. Anyway i need your help to repair this.
the original is this part number DS7R-14C247-CB can some one help me with files vbf to programming another module ?
