Sync 2 upgrade to sync3

Hello, can anyone help me , how i can upgrade to sync 3.
what i need to install is sync 3 apim with display usb lines and an external gps-a.
But where get i the config files for the apim and how can i switch the vin in the apim.

You don't have to enter the VIN, the APIM gets it itself.
You load the config file with Direct Config -> APIM -> Load from Asbuild Etis
