Lost S mode after updating TCM

Dear tech supporter,
I tried updating TCM for 2015 Fiesta(1.0 engine, 6 speed PS gearbox),
after that, S mode lost and can not manually shift gear.
need help, thanks!

You can test downgrade firmware for stock version

Yes, I had done downgrade, but it still there.

I just recall the AsBuilt file per the VIN and brought S mode back,
