IPC BENCH CONNECTION

Hi members.
I need some information. Would it be possible to connect UCDS to ford Mondeo IPC on bench using a harness or by making one harness .

If yes would appreciate of any one can share the wiring diagram or link to get one connector.

This should be the standard Ford IPC connector.

What year is your Mondeo?

Below is for 2019 Fusion Hybrid, should be the same for 2013+, this is connector view that plugs into the IPC. Not sure if your Mondeo uses the same connector.

From USB OBD connector to IPC:

OBD 3 to IPC 25
OBD 11 to IPC 26
OBD 5 to IPC 5 (and also to negative [GND, black] of 12V DC bench power supply)
OBD 16 to IPC 21 (and also to positive [+, red] of 12V DC bench power supply)

May I ask why you're doing IPC bench programming on a 2020 Ford Fusion?

Dear Members , I have connected the ups to the obd with a power source . and connected the ucds to the obd.

what am i missing in this circuit to keep the ipc in turned on mode ?

Hi mayurreddy - did you figure it out? Have you a 12v supply hooked up to the IPC as per "scn101" instructions?
