Kuga 2 heated seats in Sync3

Hello,

I've activated the heated seats icons in my sync3 system (on a 2017 ford Kuga), but when i touch the control buttons on the screen nothing happens.... Am i missing some configuration option or setting somewhere in the APIM ?!

It is not possible to control the seats on the Kuga via the Sync 3, since the seat heating is wired directly and is not controlled via the bus. This is only the case with the Mondeo.
