Cant read bcm /ipc transit 2016

When trying to download asbuilt data it downloads ok but when tying to open i get the message Error opening asbuilt file , tried various vin numbers and they load ok. and when i try and read the bcm i get a message (indication wrong) and trying to read from ipc i get (cant receive ipc part number ....ignition ON ???) even tho it is on

Any info is much appreciated
